In the recent past, SkyGroup’s team members have been successfully working with TSA to formulate aviation security standards and programs.
- The Sky Group team has experienced operators onboard serving as subject matter experts to contribute to the definition, validation and testing of all systems, policies, and procedures we develop.

The principal members of the team each have substantial aviation experience and complementary skills. Our President, Bob Blouin, has experience with large GA aircraft operations that is bolstered by other team members.
SkyGroup is intimately familiar with existing TSA security programs as they relate to aircraft typically used in charter and corporate operations.
SkyGroup has the ability to draw from its associate members, who have:
- Managed large corporate aircraft fleets
- Managed and operated corporately owned fractional aircraft interests.
- Assisted in the development of the TSA Access Certificate (TSAAC) program and have obtained TSAAC certification for corporate flight departments.
- Current contract program action items with TSA
Sky Group’s associates have also participated in safety, security and training related task forces and working groups organized by FAA, TSA, ICAO, NBAA, IBAC, NASA, RTCA and ATA.
